RALS versus TELCOR vs Relay Med

: "Can anyone list advantages/disadvantages of RALS versus TELCOR? Anyone heard or used Relay Med?

We have no middleware and I need it for the Inform, I-stat, Urisys, Sophia, Affinion, and Cholestek.
