General Lab Polices

Hello Everyone
i have a question. We are currently transition into a new LIS (Epic) As we are going thru the changes in workflow, our hospital is asking for new SOP to be written for things we never had a policy for. Does anyone have a common policy for things like receiving, add-on testing, especially polices for phlebotomy? I want to help the manager write some new polices for the staff and I'm just here looking for help.

Vaginal Wet Mount by KOH-Proficiency Testing

I am needing a PT for Vaginal Wet Mount by KOH. Who/what do you use? My PPM clinics currently use AAFP, but AAFP does not have a specific one for Vaginal-Wet Mount by KOH.
