iSTAT trop compared to Trop I HS

Our lab recently switched to the HS trop method. Being in POC, I'm sadly finding out my iSTAT trop doesn't correlate well with this-different units, different reference intervals, sensitivity is different, used differently...That being said, am I correct in thinking since the iSTAT trop is a non-waived test, it still needs a biannual correlation? How is this being done? Currently the positive threshold we have is >0.03, which I found out from Abbott is pretty low. They suggest >0.0...
