PPM and Training

As a Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP) CM, can I sign off on providers for PPM Annual Competencies. Before I stepped up into the role of POCC, it has always been the Lab's Medical Director who does the annual competency sign off. Most of the time, it is a bit hard to schedule these annual competencies for him to sign off for other providers around the organization.
