QC Material for Alere iCUP Drug Screen Cups

Hello
My organization is going to start performing urine drug screens in an occupational health setting. The package insert for the iCUP says that external controls are suggested. Does anyone use this or a similar drug screen and perform external QC?
I am having a difficult time getting someone from Alere to call me back. Thanks for any information you may have!
