Said: We do not do 6 month for our waived glucometers but our accreditation by CAP does not require it. I believe Cola does require a 6 month for waived testing. Before and changes..go to the standards and verify what your options are.:)<...
Said: We do initial training and then we require new hires to run a glucose QC at 6-months and then annual competency.
Said: We do initial and annual for waived testing.
Said: For Waived testing  (Glucose)we only do initial and annual. For moderate complexity we do Initial, 6 month, & annual.
