Coag-Sense vs. Coaguchek
Hi All,
Our anticoagulation clinics are undergoing the process of switching from the iSTAT to another POC device to obtain INRs. Does anyone here have experience with Coaguchek and Coag-Sense? Any preference between the two? I would love to hear any pros/cons in regards to both meters (especially Coag-Sense since I do not know anyone else currently using this device). Appreciate all opinions and advice!

Process for evaluating removal of testing
Does anyone have a documented process/procedure for evaluating removal of POC testing from an area, for example due to low usage? How have you approached this in the past? Thanks!
