Hemochron Signture Elite Connectivity Help

We just updated our Telcor QML server. With the update the IP address of the QML server changed. We have been able to get all of our devices back up and connected, except for the Hemochron Signature Elites. We updated the Remote IP to match the new IP address of the new server, but they will not communicate and send results. Does anyone have any insight? Hemochron vendor seems to think it is a Telcor issue. All our other devices switched over fine.&nbs...
