GEN.53625 Technical Consultant Qualifications

Hello, i feel like this is the elephant in the room that no one, or at least CAP, is not talking about. One of the criteria to be a Technical Consultant to assess competencies for non-waived testing is a "Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, or medical technology...". Am I to understand that a BSN does not qualify?! Would love to hear other's interpretations.
