Abbott ID NOW testing

We are going live with these analyzers tomorrow and are getting repeat QC flu failures. Pos failed 2x, then passed, then negative failed. Called company and am working through their suggestions.

Anyone else see QC failures? Frequency? The operator has run many tests, so don't feel it's technique and she had cleaned area and analyzer before testing using approved wipes.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
