POCT Manager competency

Do you all have a separate checklist for the POCT Manager's competency? I do not run any patient samples, but I know I must be deemed competent in order to perform other employee competency. I have just been using the same format that I use for the employees who perform testing, but moving forward I would like to create a separate competency checklist for POCC since roles are different. Does anyone have any examples of what they use to assess competency for managers/POC...
