Morale boosting

Not really POCT but kinda.... In these times of short staffing and stress has your hospital or facility done anything to try and boost morale no matter how small? We just got an email that said we could wear sports jerseys and jeans every Friday until the Superbowl! It's amazing how something so small and costs the company nothing will make people a bit happier (and comfortable) for a few days.
