EPOC Failed IQC or CNC

EPOC users what is your policy for results that report as failed IQC or Can not calculate? Are both treated the same? Do you repeat or report all but the analyte that failed?

Said: I am hospital based with no central lab. We have the department using the testing order all their equipment and supplies. They also get the revenue.
