LeadCare II again
Our facility is still having problems with LeadCare QC - is anyone else still using this product/seeing this problem? We have 4 boxes of lot 2111M-06. Box 1 QC levels out low (although I did get a numerical value) and 2nd box QC out "Low", no numerical value. Last time I called Magellan Tech Support I didn't get a call back for 10 days. I've left them a message again, but wonder if anyone else is having problems with this specific lot.

- Are there any environmental factors to consider? (i.e. Can it be left in a...
