Infections Disease Reporting to State Health Depts

Good morning all,

Those of you that report ID results especially Covid can you tell me how you are handling reporting the results to the state health department of the patients residence? We have a system for our state but our kids come from other states so I wanted to see if anyone had come up with a good plan for reporting out to other states.
