INR devices

We have several new INR devices waiting to be placed into service. In the past we would ask outpatients coming in for INR testing to allow the phlebotomist to collect a little extra blood for our studies. For each new meter we ran 3 patient comparisons. Now that Coumadin is not widely used, this process is not easy. What are the rest of you doing to validate the performance of new coagulation meters?
