Medtronic ACT Plus - Linearity

Let me start out by saying our facility is CAP accredited. We have the Medtronic ACT Plus instruments and we only use the HR-ACT cartridges with this for ACT testing. We usually order the HEPline linearity kit for the ACT plus once a year and run on the ACT instruments. I'm just trying to decide if this is really necessary to perform. If I am looking at the CAP requirements correctly, AMR verification requirements do not apply to clot based testing so I know it is...
