Problems with Quantimetrix Dropper Plus Controls

One of my clinics was having an issue with getting their Quantimetrix Dropper Plus Control level 2 in on the Clinitek Status Connect. When they called Siemens technical support they were told that the Dropper controls are not the ones they recommend using. They said that the dippers are better to use for the Clinitek Status Connect.
