Blood Gases for Breathing Institute Clinics

Do any of you currently utilize blood gas testing for clinics, particularly for pulmonary/breathing institute? If so, can you tell me if you're at an adult or pediatric institution, what device(s) you use, what kind of volumes you see, and any issues with testing operators or maintenance of instrumentation?
