Said: Hi Jay, I would go over all the relevant points again with the employee, with a "retraining" checklist, and then give them the same quiz again if possible, to show that they now have the information they need.

Employee failed written competency, but passed direct observation
Hi all,
I'm new to the Point of Care world and have a question. We have an employee that failed their written competency, but passed their direct observation. Other than verbally going over all of the questions and correct answers with the employee, can the same quiz be issued again and attached to the original, to make sure they understand the correct answers? Or should an alternative written quiz be given with different questions? I want to make sure we are covering all of...
