Rals New User Interface

Is anyone live yet with the Rals New User Interface? We are set to upgrade from 6.0 SP 6 to 7.1.1 in a few weeks. I've attended a few of VRUGs as well as the pre-upgrade training and played around in the virtual sandbox. I think I have the basics down and will be fine once we go live and I see how our configurations are on it, but it is very different looking with a lot of changes! Any tips? Pros? Cons?
