Lock Boxes for patent samples

I have a question for anyone who has ambulatory clinics. Do you have lockboxes outside your clinics for samples to be picked up afterhours by a courier? Are they bolted so that they cannot be taken? Is this mandatory? Ours lock but we recently had one stolen and I now can see that this could be a major issue samples were in the box.

AVOX 1000e interface

We currently have 4 AVOX 1000e instruments and manually record the QC results and patient results. We have Meditech and RALS but this device isn't currently interfaced to either. We would like to ensure results are being properly documented and interfacing is always the easiest way to eliminate transcription errors. Currently, we do not add a charge for the oxyhemoglobin reported.

1. If you interface your device, how does that work with the AVOX only having...
