Saliva for Ethanol Detection in ED?
Is anyone using a waived saliva test for ethanol detection? If so, what product are you using? If you have investigated this already and did not move forward please let me know why.

POC Molecular (waived testing only) problems identified?
Hey there listservers,
By now some of us have worked with (and on!) the different instruments on the market termed 'POC Molecular' devices. I'm curious if different brands of instruments give similar installation problems, and 'keeping them working properly' problems, and (a huge one for me) 'getting them connected and keeping them effectively so' problems.
Sometimes it's difficult to sort out if the problem lies with the instrument...or it's a limitation forged by the facilit...
