POC Molecular (waived testing only) problems identified?

Hey there listservers,
By now some of us have worked with (and on!) the different instruments on the market termed 'POC Molecular' devices. I'm curious if different brands of instruments give similar installation problems, and 'keeping them working properly' problems, and (a huge one for me) 'getting them connected and keeping them effectively so' problems.
Sometimes it's difficult to sort out if the problem lies with the instrument...or it's a limitation forged by the facility (eg "only use the CSN account# and not the MRN for patient ID if you want it to cross into the MRN").
If I could get some contributions of 'these were and are my current issues with POC Molecular and/or specifically this brand of device', I hopefully could compile a summary to share with you and also as a valuable 'hot topic' I could add to the upcoming 2022 POC Boot Camps.
If I get any takers to 'spill the beans' to me the problems they encountered (and still have if continued), and the good and the bad of specific brands, please only email me pmann@utmb.edu. I think it would be more fair to industry folks if we didn't post here one by one, plus it's more difficult for members to keep track of the good and the bad if we post one by one.

I did not receive many responses to the inquiry so held off posting to collect additional.
To be clear, particularly in light of the low# of responses, no one should use this as a means of assess the instruments listed.
I did account for a single user commenting vs multiple (although multiple simply means either 2 or 3 responders).
Keep in mind the folks responding could have resolved all the issues reported by now.
You won't find these comments address the strengths and weaknesses of each instrument. You will not see all the pros and all the cons of using each instrument listed.
I'm posting with all these caveats to be fair to each manufacturer and reps working with the instruments on this list. I thought about not posting due to the low response rate but I said I'd post...so here are the comments sent to me.
