Blood gases on i-STAT
We are adding the CG4+ cartridge to our i-STATs in the ED. We use the ABL90s elsewhere in our facility and have built many O2 and ventilator settings on the analyzer. Staff like the ease of documenting vent settings and running test at the same time. Is this possible with i-STAT?
I called Tech Support and they recommended we purchase STATNotes. How do you handle this?
Thanks,
Cindy Sorensen

Osmometer procedure for Lab or POCT
Hello,
Does anyone perform serum and urine osmolality in their lab, even if it is in the main lab? We are setting up our Precision Systems Multi-Osmette 2430. I would appreciate if anyone could share their procedure, even if it is for a different osmometer. Thanks in advance.
