Nova Statstrip strip lot# 0321210249

Good morning all,
I have been noticing an increase of strip errors on this lot. Is anyone else using this lot or seeing this? On the same line...what percentage of stirp errors do you go with before contacting the company?

ABL 90 Flex Plus for NICU patients
