Hemochon Sig Elite - No Sample ID (losing configuration?)

Our facility uses Hemochron Signature Elite for ACT testing and Telcor for data management. We started having an issue with the analyzer not prompting for patient ID. It has been sporadic (different analyzers, different units) and resolves upon downloading when the configuration updates.
Has anyone else has experienced this? Technical Support has not come up with anything at this point other than saying to detach the ethernet cord from the analyzer after download is completed.
