EPOC PO2 IQC fails

Happy lab week everyone!
We have been working with Siemens on this issue of PO2 IQC errors. In 8 years I have never seen this error until this past December. I know at least one other hospital has gotten them and suspect it is more widespread. However, Siemens has not been getting any other cases reported.
