iStat code 32 for Creatinine

Hi,

I have been seeing numerous code 32, intermittently, for creatinine cartridge lot A20331. It was first reported to me by our outpatient phlebotomy site( they have one analyzer) and then on 4 of the ED analyzers. It has appeared on 8 different meters, run by multiple people, since February. I quarantined the lot and contacted Abbott in March. They had me send a box back for investigation, and they sent back a response that they did not observe any code 32 for this lot and that ...
