Comparison of Siemens Vista and i-STAT Troponin I

One of my difficulties when attempting method comparisons per CAP COM.04250 has been the TropI run in chemistry on the Siemens Vista and on the i-STAT. Does anyone else have this combination of instruments? How do you compare the results?
