(DELETED) Temperature Policy

Is anyone willing to share their temperature policy for i-Stat cartridges? I currently have data logging thermometers that record temperatures automatically and I pull them using a USB at the end of the month.

The alarm sounds on the thermometer and does not stop until someone acknowledges it. If the temperature goes out, do you have them run one level of control, or both?
