Is anyone using POCT for CO testing/exposure?  What are the products out there for this?

Do you currently have an instrument for POCT blood gas analysis? Some of these analyzers will measure carboxyhemoglobin. Here is one example:

They are looking at MicroCO/Smoke Check....anyone ever hear of that?

Is this for, like, cigarette smoking rehab?  If not, and this is for just checking for typical industrial/accidental CO exposure in an ED, I guess I would first ask if the volume warrants having something available POC as opposed to just using what is likely available in your blood gas lab?
