Does anyone use Super Users in your organization and if so do you have a specific policy that you could share with me or outline what is in it. Specifically we are looking at utilizing this for moderately complex re-certification's.

I also would be interested to know if anyone has a set policy for their "Super Users" program and are willing to share. As we are looking to expand our "Super User" utilization we are looking to clearly define the role, their training, responsibilities, and documentation/communication. It is always nice to see what is already in place and working for others. Thanks in advance!

We do not use 'Super users' per se. We did establish years ago a 'POC Test Site Manager' role which adds responsibilities of training others and reviewing/signing off on QC and maintenance to a current POC Operator designated/delegated by Nursing management.
It would be several weeks until I can pull what I need from the program governance in a format to share. I'm way over the top busy, can't stop to find and pull and reformat materials in order to share outside.
I understand most folks go with 'Super User' strategies. Just thought I'd offer but sadly not in time if you need it yesterday.

When I find the time to sort through, pull material to send, I'll come back to this question here and see who wants it, get the email addresses off of this platform. If I rely on finding individual emails in my work email pile, woe to those who are waiting for me! sob!
