Roche Coaguchek XS Plus vs. Stago Compact Max

Our Coumadin clinic has been using the coagucheck for many years, our lab has been using the Stago for many years. There are studies done that these two methods will never match... they correlate to a certain extent. I wanted to find out from anyone else in a similar instrument situation what you do for your patients? Do you utilize two different reference ranges? I have a chart that demonstrates what you would likely get on the Stago if you look at your POCT Roche instrument.
If anyone is using a different device for Coumadin monitoring that matches the Stago I would love to hear about it. I know Stago is, in a way, on its own island with the ISI their reagent uses compared to most.

We have the same isue with troponin assays between the i-Stat and our Vista 500's. You need to keep two ranges, because at least in our case, CAP doesn't allow "conversion tables". We do our instrument comparisons, but in our policy we cover the fact that the assays are not interchangeable, and no comparisos should be made. Hope this helps.
