Drug/Alcohol/Nicotine testing

Do any of you perform drug, alcohol, and nicotine testing in your Occupational Health departments? If so, what do you use and do you have staff meet the same competency requirements as other waived testing? This might seem like a silly question, but they still need a CLIA certificate to perform the testing correct?

Our Occupational Health departments do perform urine drug screens. They use CRLstat Onsite Drug Cup with Detectabuse controls. They do have a CLIA for the glucose testing that they perform. The drug testing is not used for any treatment for a patient, it is just reported for employment. Even though I can't find that is would be required, we do follow "best practice" with training and QC.
