NOVA wireless meters

We are considering going with the NOVA wireless meters and want to do a test pilot before we commit.  We are running into some interference from the company and so I am curious if anyone would be willing to help me figure out what all is needed.  How are the devices configured for the wireless network, is it in NOVANET or on the meter itself or both somehow?  Does it work similarly to how the wireless I-STAT's work when running patients?
