Provider Performed Microscopy

Looking to see how other sites are handling the tracking of initial, 6-month, and annual competency?  At our sites we have MD assessors assess those providers who perform PPM testing but I am looking to see how other sites handling the tracking of this information (ie:  Point-of-Care manages the tracking, Med Staff manages the tracking, the unit, etc.)
