Would someone share your policy for POC results that were found in error after the result was posted in the EMR? Do you go back and add a corrected report?
Is there a time frame to add a corrected comment?
Ex Glucose result in EMR <10, no comment, no lab confirmation
Upon audit, nursing indicates sample collection was in error, do you then enter corrected comment ?
