Our organization is looking at possibly getting EPOCs to replace i-STATs in some of our clinics.  I told our lab market director about this discussion thread and asked if she would like me to request copies of any forms you are willing to share.  She said that would be great.  So, on her behalf, thank you in advance for your generous offer to help those of us who are looking at switching platforms.

Thank you for sharing Thomas.  I would also be interested in looking at your IQCP.  susan.sledge@bsahs.org  Very disappointing to hear about the customer service.  Is there such a thing as great (or even good) customer service anymore?  Abbott, Radiometer and Instrumentation Laboratories... all have a lot of of room for improvement.  Good luck with CAP!

Has anyone received an actual recall notice for the iSTAT cartridges?  We've heard from two sources that the G3, CG4 and CHEM8 cartridges have been recalled.  The letters from Abbott did not say "recall".
