question on oral drug screening

I was wondering if anyone is using an oral drug screening test like Oratect ? I think it  is on the CLIA site now as moderately complex. There is some interest in our rehab facility using this test. I do not find external controls for this. Anyone have experience?

I read somewhere stated it was for employment use. It is not forensic use
