What methodologies are your facilities using for monitoring heparin therapy for Impella patients?
Is anyone using ACT+ cartridges for this purpose? It sounds like most are using the ACT-LR...

We use the Hemochron Signature Elite
We use the Hemochron Signature Elite with the LR cuvettes.
