Hi all - We implemented a new waived drug screen dip test for 12 drugs (both illicit and prescription) including suboxone (BUP). We are seeing more false negatives by showing "ghost" lines on the suboxone and other analytes. It doesn't seem to catch the metabolite for BUP (i.e. Norbup). Can you share which waived drug screen kit you use at your site? Thanks.

We use National Test System drug screen cup with BUP and adulterants. It has 12 drugs
This is used in our rehab facility and it is working great! We had tried a number of other vendor products before settling on this one.
We use the U-cup with a 12 drug metabolites test capacity including the BUP. We have been using it for many years with no issues.
