All,
We are looking for feedback from anyone that has experience with waived POC INR devices that have a scanner/scanning capability (professional use models, like Coag-Sense or any other waived scanning option). Does the device work well? What
problems does it have, if any? Thanks for any experience and observances that can be shared!

Hi Gayle, I just switched our POCT INR platform to Coag-Sense. The meter correlates well into the supratherapeutic range to the Stago. Patients with APA or peripheral vascular disease should be compared to the Lab method before following only by POCT (per CoagSense). The feedback from the nursing team is very positive. There was some learning curve using the capillary tube and seating the test strip in the meter correctly but these were not huge issues.
