Lactic Acid reflex testing

Good afternoon everyone!  We will be going live with our Chemistry department reflexing LA's resulting at >2 for a 3 hr draw from phlebotomy.  We are currently also working on our validation for iSTAT LA's and wondered if anyone has successfully gotten a reflex algorithm to work integrating this into the workflow? Or to see what your workflow would be if you are using the CG4+ cartridge?

We have Meditech as our LIS and Telcor as our middleware. It is currently set up as a non-solicited test.
