POCcelerator set up for Facility/department/unit

Any advice for best set up in POCcelerator to be able to manage Quality reports?  We do 99% of our testing with the RT in the neonatal unit so I am leaning toward just one facility, department and unit.
We only have 4 EPOCs and they are all in the NICU.  If someone wants testing in another area, the RT would take the EPOC to the patient and perform testing.
