Wireless i-STAT System and Telcor middleware

I just received  wireless i-STAT systems to replace our old, decrepit ones.  We have Telcor for Middleware.
If anyone has this setup would you give me your info so I can pick your brain on what I have to do to get my i-STATs working.  Pros and Cons with i-STATs on WiFi.  I appreciate any info you can give.

Hi Pet. I just installed a new wireless iSTAT, but we use RALS, so there are probably some differences in the configurations in Telcor.  But the first thing you will have to do is have someone from your IT department configure the device(s) to the wireless network. This will probably involve a call to Abbott Technical Support to assist them. Once they configure the wireless functionality, you will probably also have to talk to your technical support for Telcor (and maybe Abbott as well). Be sure you have your iSTAT IP address when they configure the wireless- we discovered that ours is different from the RALS IP address. This process did not go smoothly for me; I felt it took way longer than it needed to..  But- Once it was done, it worked beautifully, and the operators really like it.

I have this set up and would be glad to help with questions. WiFi has been a great help! But it is a little finicky in between 2 WAP's. We have StatNotes as well with DE. Do you have DE or CDS?

We have Telcor and the wireless iSTATs implemented in 2018. Once you get them programmed and up and running, they are great. We had to do a little work around to get them programmed using Windows 10. I can send you what IT did but I believe Abbott also updated their directions as well. Let me know if you need anything.

Thank you all for your offer to help me set up  my wireless i-STATs.
It was not bad at all. My IT guy was very helpful. Between the two of us we figured out how to do it. The Abbott instructions was very good.  Just have to read each line and follow it to the letter.
Now the hard part,  I have to validate these analyzers.

I tested the i-STATs with test patients and they seem to take a little while to download. Maybe our WiFi just was  just not as robust as we would like it to be.
I don" t know much about STAT Notes.  Any suggestions on their use would be helpful.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
