iSTAT errors?

One of my sites is using iSTAT waived for Creat cartridge only. We've been having some problems with our network in general, but with this particular location I'm having 2 issues I'm not seeing anywhere else and I can't figure it out.
1. When first turned on, the analyzer is still saying Upload Required. It is on CLEWS A42. I updated the software myself and I've checked to make sure it still says A42. What else am I supposed to upload?

2. Results are crossing into our LIS, but we use DE (no other POC interfaces - LIS is Orchard but not using Trellis/RALS/Telcor etc...) and we are getting some weird messages (see below):

These messages are connected to patient results (that have gone thru Orchard and have been autoreleased to our EMR). I don't know what [QC Code] means - they are using the correct QC and everything is in range. Any ideas?
Thank you~
Jill

Jill when the i-STAT says "upload required" that refers to placing the i-STAT on the docking station to transmit results.  You can set in DE the length of time you expect to have data transmissions, i.e. every 12 hours, 24 hours, etc.  You can set it to either warn or lock out as well if they don't meet the time frame.  If it is set as a lockout it will read "Testing disabled upload required".  If the instrument is on warn it will simply say "upload required"  If the i-STAT has not been docked in that required time frame it will tell the end use to dock (upload) the analyzer.

Without knowing what QC code is being posted in the i-STAT it is difficult to determine what the no match means.

Have you uploaded the EVAS? If you haven't uploaded the EVAS, it won't necessarily recognize your QC lots.
