ATTN: Clinitek Paper SCAM!!

I got a call from a company on 8/17/21 called All Phase Business Supply stating that there have been issues reported with the thermal paper in our POC instrument the Clinitek (she said there have been reports of it jamming and fading quickly). She stated that they would be sending 10 rolls from their company to help with the transition to the new paper (stock number LLJ51326). They knew my name, number, location and that we used the clinitek machines.
However, when I looked up All Phases on google I found a whole bunch of reports that this as a scam company—I reached out to Siemens TAC and they confirmed that this was a scam. They instructed us not to use the paper and stated we should continue with our current paper supply from Medline

This happened to me last year, they send the paper, and later a bill. The paper was not the correct paper and I told them I was going to return it. However, the paper got lost, I think the department threw it away. They sent several bills but they never got paid. We never order anything without a PO so they will never get paid.

This happened to me last month. They sent me 12 rolls of the wrong size. I called over 2 weeks and they kept telling me they would look into it and call me back. When I finally talked to someone they told me to send the rolls back and they would send me the correct size. Then they said they only got 5 out of the 12 rolls back. I was very confused because I packed the box and dropped it off at UPS. All 12 rolls were in there because why would I keep paper that doesn't fit? They wanted to charge me $313.72 for the missing rolls. After a lot of back and forth they called back and said they were not going to charge me and would credit the full invoice.
Ariel, that's insane. I really hope it doesn't get that far--what a waste of our time!!
