HMS Test Build in EPIC (Telcor/QML)

Hi Sylvia!  I cannot say if you *have to*, but we did build 3 separate tests when we moved to Beaker.

Hi Sylvia, if you want the results to post to the EMR then I would say "yes" to building a test for each. It really depends on how they are going to run the device. I built an HDR test panel, an HPT only, an HRACT only, and a HPT-HRACT panel. We are beginning to interface to Cerner from RALS, but have already built the tests/panels in Cerner. 

We are switching to Epic ( Beaker) from Meditech  in July 2022. 
We have Telcor for middleware. I will call on you,  experts on  Meditech to Epic system before  this happens. We are already building dictionaries, etc. 
What should I expect? What should I be doing now? 
Supposedly, Epic is already at some  other hospitals in our health  system.,   it should be easy. 
 It should help but one never know.  If you  have a list of "tricks", "must haves" , "must do", who to call, etc,,  I would appreciate if you can send a copy my way.
