Body Fluid pH proficiency testing CAP vs API

We currently are doing body fluid pH on our Gem 5000. We have been getting "incalc" results on some of our CAP survey samples. We believe it is a matrix issue. Is anyone else seeing these issues? Does anyone use API for body fluid pH proficiency testing with the GEM 5000? Do you have these issues?
